Advanced user of Cloud CoachAutomation! Cloud Coach helped our team automate so much of our assessment process, as well as, gave us a jump start on a project plan filled with task work from our functional stakeholders, collected on the front-end. The CSM assigned to our team (John) is fantastic. He is always available to us to help field questions and is super knowledgeable about the tool itself! Access to the support team has been clutch for us as we continue to grow our build to enable our PM teams to be the best they can.
I absolutely love how quick configurations are for adding and removing fields! "Clicks not Code" is not just a mantra it really is the way to go! I am beyond happy we decided to go with this tool! Even when we do have some code items Freddy and the development team is quick to help us troubleshoot and make sure we have everything buttoned up.
Did I mention how fantastic John, our CSM, is? He is so available and helpful with thinking through any snafus we seem to be in, as well as, helping us to understand what is ticket worthy and what is actually something a feature request etc. He is quick to jump on a call when he is free to make sure we are moving foward with our continued development of our system!
The only downside that I can see has nothing to do with Cloud Coach, really, but our ability to license all of our resources to take full advantage of all functionality in the system.
If you are thinking about this system, stop. DO IT! You will not regret it. From the ease of use to the quality support and knowledge of the team! Hands down, the best decision we made!
The ability to automate our entire assessment process, with a lot of custom code (developed by Bri and Freddy) has enabled our discovery team to redirect their efforts to other work. Our PM team is finally coming away from paper processes and creating all project work in Cloud Coach, which also feeds our reporting. Our senior and executive leadership teams have a custom "Cloud Coach Leader" application which allows him/her to log into the system and immediately see the projects which are important to him/her, i.e. anything for which s/he is the executive sponsor, etc.
As we mature in the system we will be able to be better stewards of the finances at our hospital by truly managing the financials of the projects. Our end game is to integrate with our ERP system, allowing our PMs to have direct access to the tracking of all funds.
