The best kept secret ever!

What do you like best?

This tool is amazing and includes many features that other tools charge extra for.

I love the content planner for Instagram. Laying out how the posts will look. They recently added hashtag reports and it is very useful.

Since I use Canva for design, the integration to choose designs, edit designs or design items right through the app is amazing and less time consuming. I can make templates in Camva, then edit them as needed through Cloud Campaign.

What do you dislike?

There is not much to dislike about it. There are features still coming and I am willing to wait.

The Canva integration does not save designs to your accout. If they are made.through Cloud Campaign then they are editable through Cloud Campaign but do not show up in the canva app.

I have been told this is being worked on so it is another feature that I am willing to wait for.

I would like an actual app for android. Currently Cloud Campaign is only through a browser.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is worth checking out if you manage multiple social accounts for various people. The ability to collaborate with clients by giving them access to a workspace is engenious and much better than sending pdfs.

This tool is the newest must-have for social media managers.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I needed a tool to manage client accounts and train clients how to manage their own. The ability to add users as clients, the smooth approval process and the collaboration potential is just astounding.

A bonus is being being able to sell workspaces to businesses for added profit. If my clients decide to manage their own, they just have to pay for the workspaces and keep using my white labeled tool.

This to makes my life more efficient and I am able to take on more clients because of how easy it is to use.
