Simple solution to tracking calls

What do you like best?

It's easy to make calls and switch between programs quickly. I like the clear sound and volume controls.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes we run into issues with hang ups and the phone will not accept calls after that. We have found a work around but it needs a technology fix.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to keep a daily track of the type of calls coming in, how long we are on the call and how many we get each day.
