Good Claims Management System with great back-end support
What do you like best?
I like that the software is very responsive, and when asking for custom forms or reporting the back-end support that I've received has been outstanding. The product itself is very stable, and I've had no issues with lost data.
What do you dislike?
The interface is out-dated and very minimal. I would prefer if it was more up-to-date and intuitive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize all that the program has to offer instead of piecing together multiple programs for a comprehensive solution.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We needed a way to bridge the info coming from the carriers with Xactimate, and Clickclaims has solved that problem for us. We've been able to digitize all of our claims and deliver them digitally to the adjusters.
