Advanced user of Click & Pledge Donor ManagementWe have used Click & Pledge Donor Management for over 3 years. We have found it is easy to use, integrates well with Salesforce, and is cost effective for our non-profit. We are able to process credit card transactions directly in Salesforce or by using one of the many custom pages we have designed through the C&P Connect Platform. They really listen to their end users when suggestions are made. The update roll outs will include fixes or suggestions made by their customers. The mobile platform has also made it easier for us to take donations at events. They also are keeping up with the changes in AI technology, they have added Voice AI. Click & Pledge is a fabulous product, oh did I mention it is FREE. We did not pay anything for this great software!
There are things that can be improved as with any software. To speak with someone live to fix an issue you have to login to their "Office Hours" virtual support, the downside is that it is only available a couple of hours a day M-F. Their forum is the other place to post support tickets - usual response is 24-72 hours. Since it is FREE we manage. They do offer a paid support plan so support could be readily available for a little bit of cash.
Click & Pledge is a robust system with or without Salesforce. We are able to manage our donors, events, donor/event pages, donations and credit card processing through 1 product. This is great for small non-profits that have small budgets.
We are able to better manage our donors with less duplication and increased productivity. We threw out the excel spreadsheets and did away with credit card processing through various vendors. We have been able to streamline our donor management with Click & Pledge.
