What do you like best?
The system is clean and uncluttered. It is very basic. The training is fairly easy to get through. The support team is helpful.
What do you dislike?
Being a basic program, it doesn't flow well. I recall having to refer to the manual a lot to be able to understand the entry guidelines. The query prompts were not clear. Data entry was cumbersome.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
For sponsors, I'm sure it is a low cost solution for data entry. For sites, it is time consuming compared to other systems.
