It's not my favorite

What do you like best?

To be honest - it's useful for the your claims buts it's not that easy to use.

From my personal stand point - the claims engine does not allow me to easily move between the different methods of capturing a claim. Auto vs Home which are ran on two systems. I can not merge the information together and it's hard to process.

What do you dislike?

migrating claims is the problem for me. I cannot migrate claims from one platform to claims engine
