What do you like best?

You are able to save and archive website pages and changes easily. Figuring out how to use the program as a beginner was fairly simple, when I started about 2 years ago and now I feel confident in my abilities. I didn't feel like I needed to be a computer-wiz or a coder in order to operate the software. My favorite feature is the dashboard because it makes everything easy to find - pages you have recently worked on, especially. Finally, I know there is support readily available if I am having trouble figuring something out.

What do you dislike?

If it were a little more user-friendly that would be nice, but where it is now I am pretty content. Also, the modules and other items tend to get cluttered, especially if I don't use a lot of the items. I wish there were a way to customize the module menu.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are easily and quickly updating our website on a moment's notice. We can publish traffic advisories, events, calendar updates, jobs, bids, and plenty more important information with ease. With CivicEngage, we are better able to communicate with our community. It saves a lot of time and effort in the long run.
