What do you like best?

This program allows myself and my coworkers to safely message one another about work related topics without worrying about if the computer will be hacked by another user. We are able to securely send private customer information in a more secure manner than using other programs that we have used previously. We will continue to use this program and hope that there are more updates coming up in the future. My company will be long time purchasers of this program and we know that it has streamlined our workload tremendously.

What do you dislike?

The only thing that my coworkers and I dislike about this program is that it is hard to access sometimes if the user does not have the correct passwords and such in the correct places. I hope this can be corrected in the future with more updates. The plan is to continue using the program until there are new updates or a better product is made from the same company. I would prefer to stay with this program if possible to ensure that I am familiar with the same process.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am able to connect with my coworkers easier by streamlining the customer intake process of the business. The benefits are that we have had an increase in customers for the company because there is less hassle on the business end for me now. I think the customers appreciate the streamlined process and more people are coming to the business because of this program that has helped us to provide better service to the customers of the company. I
