What do you like best?
The web based ability to work on Incidents and Requests is crucial for our process. We have customized the portal look and feel to match managements expectations and I am currently working on finding funding to purchase the full Analyst portal.
What do you dislike?
We have found methods to allow our supervisors to view unassigned tickets but the procedures are currently changed by the Cireson jobs in the database. We are currently experiencing issues with the portal but have used in for over a year. I have shown the errors related to the portal in the image below.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure that you have everything setup to meet your needs before moving to production. Changes can have wide reaching impact not expected.

We needed an advanced Self Service Portal for our end users. This gave us that plus the ability to work on items through the web based portal.
