What do you like best?

This tool works in both installed mode and portable mode. Portable mode is perfect for carrying it around in a USB flash drive and using it anywhere.

Key shortcuts further reduce the time between idea or a thought coming to your mind and you taking a note of it. These shortcuts feel like a blessing once you get used to this tool.

Search feature is speedy and comes in handy when you're searching through a lot of notes.

With synchronization feature you can get full read/write access to your notes on any iOS, Android or Windows Phone device.

Live note synchronization is supported with the help of free online services such as Google Drive, DropBox, or SugarSync.

Import and export notes for backup or sharing.

What do you dislike?

Including images or any other attachments is not possible. Also MAC OSX support would be great and that would really make the synchronization useful.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is a great tool, I recommend everyone to try it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is a very useful tool when in a working environment, it acts as a physical notepad, even better, allowing you to jot down any details, tasks, or anything you need to remember. It's great for workers who tend to forget things when they have a lot on their minds.
