Clunky, slow, and usually had an issue with the updates. Also, the mobile app was slow.
I feel this is designed for old school mortgage companies that are not using a CRM and want a relatively inexpensive solution. Brokers probably aren't using it because most wholesale lenders provide CRMs. If you are a large correspondent lender, you probably are on salesforce. So if you are ballin' on a budget and want this to integrate with your digital mortgage solution, here ya go.
