What do you like best?
I have worked with CIC+ for quite a few years now and find that no matter what the question or issue, it is quickly resolved or answered. Everyone I have met or come in contact with at CIC+ provides excellent customer service and always makes me feel like a valued client.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
CIC+ manages our tax forms through paperlessemployee.com helping us remain compliant with state/federal laws. They also service us on year-end electronic access and mailing of W-2's. This has saved us so much time and money and allows the payroll team to focus on other issue without worry of accuracy and timeliness of delivery. The system is user friendly, which is an added benefit.
