It's easy to create new contacts and services. The options to change and choose information to share is also applicable. The design is simple and clear allowing members who aren't technically strong easy usability.

Like all programs in this area, data entry takes time.

ChurchTools allowed us to track our members information, and create services and teams with appropriate tasks for members. ChurchTools can be set up to remind and send emails to members when their tasks are approaching. This takes the burden off the administrator.
