What do you like best?

The most useful task that the Tadpoles childcare program assists with is communicating with families/customers in a quick and professional manner. I especially enjoy the ability to track and successfully manage all communications in a safe and secure way.

What do you dislike?

The one place that could be improved upon is the teacher/employee area.

This is a wonderful program to improve customer service, communication, and information management. I highly recommend this program to improve childcare services.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The school was able to successfully improve the system of sending photos and videos to families throughout the day. The Tadpoles Childcare program is also beneficial in sending out accurate and timely information to families as is required in the childcare setting.
