What do you like best?

It's straight forward and takes a lot of the manual grind out of checking references, letting me focus on other important things. And the Checkmate team has been nothing short of awesome to work with. They're always keen and quick to help and they listen to feedback.

Being able to both check references and perform background checks in a single solution is a huge help. In the past, either one of them has been manual or I've had to swap between two different solutions. Having it all in a single spot is really useful.

What do you dislike?

No real problems with this solution. I'm excited to see what new features come out as the Checkmate team continues to develop it.

Reference checking and doing background checks can be a huge grind and uses up a lot of time and energy, Checkmate streamlines the whole process and cuts down on administration time; which means we can focus on other core functions within the business.
