What do you like best?

The software is an amazing easy to use, that help monitor the flow of patients in a hospital from the triage, emergency area , to the doctors Consultation, even to patient investigation and to the pharmacy and admission, everything is well managed by the software making it easy to use giving out high productivity

What do you dislike?

The software lacks some basic features which are highly needed in the hospital and thus may fail to help in some instances , it may load for a long time especially if there is problem with network thus need to be used in a facility with high wifi connection

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Billing of patient has greatly been improved by the use of the software, again, accessing the patient data is very easy
