Advanced user of Chargebacks911We are considered a high risk merchant and need a high risk merchant account, because of this charge backs are under more scrutiny on our account. Chargebacks 911 helps us to manage track, and avoid charge backs in our business. They also send tools every month that help keep me up to date on the laws, and regulations behind payments and charge backs in each state. We do business all over the United States and therefore need to be in the know for all of the states we are working in. We have been able to minimize the amount of charge backs with the help of Chargebacks 911!
I do wish they had more offerings to help with ACH charge backs, but I do understand that is more of a banking industry and payment problem than Chargebacks911's. ACH payments can be reversed up to 90 days after it is made, and there is not much a merchant can do about it. Chargeback911 does offer some tips on keeping clients happy and giving a money back guarantee in hopes of heading off these charge backs, but as I stated before there is little they can do that I am aware of.
I definitely recommend for all high risk merchants or online retailers. Charge backs are a problem but Chargebacks911 can help.
