Change makes electronic claim submittal easy

What do you like best?

I can create a duplicate claim from an already submitted claim, saving the time it would take to re-enter patient information. I can see immediately whether or not a claim was accepted by the payor. I can also resubmit a claim if needed instead of creating a whole new one.

What do you dislike?

Difficult to locate payor codes, not easy to navigate the patient information areas
