Good Webmeeting alternative to Webex

What do you like best?

This is an easy to use/deploy web/phone conferencing system. It allows for one the fly presentations as well as scheduled ones. You can show your entire desktop or selected applications. There is also a web-IM component so participants can IM their questions. The recording feature is nice as well.

What do you dislike?

There used to be an Add In for Outlook to schedule meetings, but it is not currently compatible with O365.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I am unclear on pricing, however, it is an easy to use/easy to deploy web presentation facilitator/bridge. Occasionally the service will have lag/timeouts...however that is likely due to internal constraints and not Level3 Directly.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Communication and presentation methods that are web-based and do not require the participants to download anything to access.
