What do you like best?

Working with CDS was easy and painless. This is the easiest project I've managed. CDS was organized, accurate, and had good suggestions for approaching design/UX problems. The output of their work provides a real competitive advantage. They are good and handling complexity.

What do you dislike?

Nothing to dislike. Our timeline got pushed back a little, but I think that was due to some changes on our end and some of our source model files needed correction. Worth the wait to get things right. So nothing to report.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Check out CDS even if you have custom products. They can handle the complexity. Great for manufacturers of standard, semi-custom, and custom products.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Website users and customers can quickly get the exact model they need, any time. They can get the exact size that they need without having to manipulate the file on their end. It also saves us engineering time. Customer doesn't have to wait for us to send a model. It's all about making it easier for customers to do business with you, and of course, saving customers time.
