To use additional features, there's always an additional fee. However, it is worth it most of the time.
I've used multiple data systems similar to CDK and CDK Drive is the most user friendly. Reynolds and DealerTrack seem to lack reporting functions that CDK has and ease of converting to pdf/excel versions of the reports.
CDK allows users across all departments to view reports. This transparency allows our business to operate more efficiently.
