Advanced user of CCC ONE Total Repair PlatformThe software provides an easy to use platform to manage claims information, photos, and estimate vehicle damages. The software automatically loads crash data based on the vehicles VIN and allows the user to quickly (almost instantly) obtain total loss valuations for total loss purposes. The estimating portion of the software is easy to use and allows even complex estimates to be completed quickly and accurately. They also boast excellent customer support.
Although the platform itself is wonderful, there are times where the system goes down. With the system down, almost no functions can be used and you simply have to wait for IT to solve the problem before you can proceed with any work.
