Catylist

What do you like best?

Catylist is great for posting listings, they make it super easy by allowing you to either send your listings to one of their database managers and they add the listing for you, or you can add it yourself. Their researchers are great and approve your changes quickly.

What do you dislike?

It's really hard to track leads with Catylist. I honestly don't know if any of our brokers (12) have received a single lead through this database. On CoStar they allow you to add an admin to each broker who then also recieves the lead emails, but I'm not sure that's a possibility on Catylist, so I don't know if we just aren't getting any leads, or if the leads are only going directly to the brokers and don't come through the admin as well.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Great option for posting listings, though is not free, there is a membership fee you must pay.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Catylist is our third largest database we use to post our listings, behind our website and CoStar. It's great knowing the listings are out there, and that we have the ability to send out email blasts directly from Catylist to their own specified lists.
