Advanced user of CatalogItThis program is easy to use, once to watch the tutorials. It gives a lot of "bang" for it's "buck". With cloud services, easy photo uploading, app ability, multiple users and more, the program is completely worth the price. It has saved us a lot of time and energy compared to programs we used prior, and I cannot recommend this program enough.
It is not intuitive where certain things and options are located, however one can watch the tutorials to easily master this program. Otherwise, I would love for their to be more options in laying out the "HUB" or online public part of the software. This HUB allows museums to share their collections to the public, which is great, but there isn't a lot of customization. That would be a great way to upgrade this software.
As I said above, I highly recommend this product. It is everything a museum may need for a nice yearly bundle price.
Our small museum is in the process of doing a complete do-over of our curatorial collections. We needed a reliable and easy software that could be updated from multiple computers at once. Thsi one fit the bill and budget.
