Casebook is a cloud-based platform that is purpose-built with input from human services practitioners and administrators. Casebook wasn’t built to support salespeople or accountants – it was built from the ground up to serve family finders, caseworkers, and others dedicated to helping our most vulnerable citizens.
Casebook enables remote work and collaboration and helps organize all the paperwork, tasks, and communications involved in this type of vital work.

What do you like best?
I like how customizable the platform is. The fact that Casebook staff is patient in teaching you how to navigate the platform and customizing the fields to best suit what your organization needs. The fact that Casebook actively takes notes from their interactions with their customers and takes that feedback to the development team to grow and create a system that meets all possible needs of those who utilize it.
What do you dislike?
So far, nothing. Honestly. My experience has been exceptional.
