What do you like best?

I like that you can basically self teach the system or with very little time explain to a new user how to operate this care system.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that there is no option for other and sometimes you have to say yes you did s care task when you did not or else you don't get exactly 109 percent. The time it takes to complete each persons is a long time. I wish you could do it all on one screen instead of having to go through channels.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The problems really are just the internet connection as it works quite slow but that is not a problem with they system, I assume. It is a problem with the personal internet a business has. The benefits are that everyone knows if care has been given.
