What do you like best?
CareConnect does not present technical errors that interfere with the work being performed. It has several features that help make scheduling smooth and options that can be ignored as well. Canceling and rescheduling is a breeze. Different scheduling filters make user functionality easy.
What do you dislike?
It can be slow on certain functions. For example, certain loading screens take time away during a call when I am scheduling. Those seconds can be instrumental to keeping the patient engaged or not.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am able to collect a lot of info about a patient if I need to during a call. For example if I need to reference a prior encounter or the last time the patient visited the doctor, the pathways to do so are very streamlined and accessible. Benefits include having a holistic picture of a patient on the left tab and being able to filter by relevant info (e.g. department). Plus Careconnect automatically signs off if I'm not actively using the software, helping uphold HIPPA.
