Use of CardioLog Analytics for Marketing

What do you like best?

The use of voice of customer surveys along with internal tracking of these campaigns were a great tool that our office used to send to patients when they were discharged from our care. Not only was the set up easy, being able to see the numbers of patients completing the surveys and specific answers were great tools.

What do you dislike?

The product suite was very user friendly however for the Enterprise Suite the cost was very, very expensive.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Patient and customer tracking using marketing tools and internal tracking.
