Capture for Jira

What do you like best?

I liked to use Capture as a testing software because it provided a very clear and concise way to provide my feedback to the UX team I was doing the testing for. I am not in the UX department, so this was my first time doing a user group testing for my company or anything similar to this. Capture by Jira made it easy for my first time, and I use other Jira products daily, so it was interesting to see this one in comparison to the other Jira products. I liked how they had color coded things to put for input on each testing step, and how it clearly stated the status of each process. The instructions were then easy to follow, and it was clear when looking at my page where things went wrong in the testing and what the accomplishments were in the testing.

What do you dislike?

There was nothing I noticed which I disliked. Everything went smoothly.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

There are several Jira products, so I'd recommend looking into each one to see which fits for your works' needs

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am not in the UX department, but we were offered a chance to test a new software and provide any input on any feedback or errors we ran into. Jira was used to provide instruction on what to do, and gave a chance to provide screenshots or input for each step. It was colored coded and very easy to use.
