What do you like best?
As a call center manager, I appreciate the ability to monitor callers through active feed in my employer tabs. I can easily add callers to pools and keep track of how well or poorly they are doing. I also love the ability to upload scripts into the pool profiles so my callers don't have to use paper copies.
What do you dislike?
CampusCall works best in Internet Explorer, not Chrome. Also, the UI is a little old fashioned and can be a little difficult to navigate.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Because I can analyze the pools I am in and enable my callers to see their data, we can track our progress together and determine who has been in what pool and when, and where they would be best assigned. It helps us to develop our strategies and tier them towards specific pools.
