We use it for marketing, sales and customer service

What do you like best?

The best thing about callpage is that it can be used for: 1. Marketing purposes - improving website conversion rate. 2 For sales - generating inbound sales calls that result in sales. 3 And for customer service - people can easily connect with our service agents, report technical issues, ask for advice or other kinds of help. Three different departments at our company are using this tool and all of them get better results since we introduced callpage as a callback solution

What do you dislike?

A few more integrations would be awesome. Callpage doesn't integrate with our customer service team so it makes it a bit more challenging to use both tools together. We manage, but it would be way easier with an integration.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Get this tool, invest time in proper onboarding, customize it, A/B test and use it properly.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our biggest problem was inefficient customer service. We received hundreds of calls addressed to wrong teams. People looking for tech support were connecting with the sales team, those who needed more general assistance didn't know how to reach customer service. One big mess, because our processes weren't set up properly. We cleaned this up, then decided to implement callpage and after two or three months we started noticing first positive results.
