They have provided a solid service, have fixed a few small bugs, and even added features in the few short months we have been using them. They are responsive to feedback. After having an evening emergency with one of our Caller ID numbers being blocked by multiple carriers, we have been able to more effectively and proactively manage our Caller ID inventory using this tool.
A little more API exposure would be nice when using external providers for Caller ID, but it is still fully functional the way that it currently is.
