Advanced user of Call iQCall iQ is simple to set up, recordings in good quality and without taking up too much memory. Good technical support.
Although honestly almost everything I like about this simple software, maybe I do not like its pricing plans so much, that's why we are not currently using it. For more than 10 lines, prices rise considerably.
When I used Call iQ, it allowed me a good follow-up of our telephone service technicians, being able to control at all times if they were acting correctly in our telephone service to support the student
