CAKE allows users to track real-time sales at different locations, wages, hours and overtime. The admin reporting module allows owners and managers to drill down into sales reports to find sales by week, day or hour. What do you like best?
This is my 3rd POS and by far, my favorite. It is so user friendly, easy to learn, easy to add or change items or prices or virtually anything. The reports are easy to read and make perfect sense. The fact that they take the Credit Card fees out of each deposit is a Godsend! No more massive payment at the first of the month, when everything else comes out! I love this system!!
What do you dislike?
I wish the reports would be able to tell me exactly what my alcohol sales were without me having to add each individual item up and I with the monthly sales report would show me how much my tax exempt sales are. Also, I wish my staff could add their starting banks into the system everyday and have their Z report add that amount back in as funds they owe.

This is the easiest system out there and their support is phenomenal!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can look at my sales and know exactly what they are, without having to add this or subtract that! I no longer have to create readable reports off the reports I'm getting. These reports give me what I need with the exception of my tax exempt sales
