You can collaborate with your team of employees while drawing the flowcharts and other required drawings for your workplace and can take opinions of your team by allowing them to see how you are performing the task. Cacoo allows you to draw multiple kinds of drawings like site maps, wire frames, UML and network charts. Cacoo can be used free of cost. It allows it's user to have a free version of the software to check whether it satisfies there needs or not. Cacoo makes the lives easier for the employees as they would not feel any need to carry there diagrams in laptops and show to their employees one be one. All of the employees can access the diagram at real time while they are made and can leave there reviews at different points where they feel a need to make a change. The diagrams are very pleasing visually and allow presentations to be fun and professional at the same time. This software is mainly for team collaboration. Cacoo provides the service totally online and there is no need of downloading any third party software in your computers.

What do you dislike?

Cacoo do not supports any mobile applications. Sometime you can feel the need of a Mobile app, so you can keep yourself up to date with the work in progress by your team. Cacoo still needs some improvements in the UI to make things easier for the users.

Overall, this software is amazing to keep your team as a single unit and perform the work with everyone's satisfaction. It makes things so easy for the people making different forms of representations for company presentations.
