Advanced user of BusinessMindBusiness Mind is very user friendly and has easy to navigate intuitive design.
Business Mind is missing many features- for me the most annoying is to not be able to run a sales report for a given period of time that shows quantities sold in order of largest volume to lowest. I am unable to sort the report. there is an export to excel feature which is no help at all since that just lists the same item sold over and over again for each time it was sold. It does not give me the entire quantity sold on one line for each SKU.
Although i prefer the readability of BusinessMind reporting over The Edge (which another of our locations has and i am familiar with) it has a long way to go to compare with the analytics of Edge. I also wish BusinessMind had an integrated Customer Loyalty program.
Business Mind is easy for all sales associates to use. It is an accurate way to track inventory.
