What do you like best?
I like that you can upload a .csv and update multiple users points at once.
What do you dislike?
I don't like that the users address aren't connected to Nitro. When pulling reports, it would be easier if they're address was included for fulfillment purposes.

Bunchball solves the issue of manually updating users points and keeps a great record of what items were redeemed and user history. The benefits are that it saves time and keeps things organized.
