Great solution for managing our product innovation and renovation project portfolio
What do you like best?
The Bubble team focuses first on the business need (value-added project portoflio management) and IT second. When you work with them you can get to better solutions faster because they understand the business problems you are trying to solve. The success of our solution isn't dependent on my ability to write system specifications, but rather on communicating our needs/opportunities and collaborating on a solution, which ultimately produces a better result.
What do you dislike?
The change management of the IT solution itself can sometimes seem less disciplined. This is likely because the Bubble team is so focused on and responsive to business needs.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Bubble PPM has provided us with a single-source-of truth for our project portfolio, a tool to support our stage-gate project management and decision making processes, and the portfolio data we need to review and take decisions on resource allocation and overall portfolio health and balance.
