The ability to interactively videoconference with a seemly limitless number of people is helpful.

What do you dislike?
the program has flaws when being using with a vpn. A vpn will cause problems for some users. Typically this can be resolved by simply turning off the vpn.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It has made communication effortless. Meeting with a large team, or a team with remote employees has become more useful than ever. Being able to interact, share screens, give control, and maintain a face to face interaction even when in different states is invaluable.
