What do you like best?

Easy extraction of reports and even sents pdf reports to my email

None. Its very useful and i can easily grab reports from it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to track who is wasting company's bandwidth resource. We are able to track who's just watching youtube videos, spending time on social media and playing online games
