What do you like best?

I liked the idea and that is all it was at the end, an idea of having Zipforms and BrokerWolf communicate to make a transaction easier for me and the agents.

What do you dislike?

Everything about the system is bad. It is outdated you cannot use it on your iPhone or iPad and even on my MAC there are limitations. The system is sort of MS-DOS and you need to really understand accounting to be able to use it. It's all code related and nothing about the system makes sense, it does not flow to the next steps. It's really hard to learn and teach, I haven't even attempted to teach it because I don't know how it works and don't understand it. if you are a start up broker or don't know accounting, I truly suggest you go use another system. Or before you buy you try, seriously my biggest mistake was not asking for a 2 week demo. I would have known then that the system was hard to work with. Once you are under contract they will not release you so beware, you are stuck with a system that you will probably end up hating and its very expensive. Every time I open it or attempt to use it, I end up getting frustrated and of course their customer service only is open during regular business hours. Whoever thought up this system must have been an accountant that worked in the MS-DOS world and they haven't updated the system since.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Try it before you buy it. Do not let them just send you videos, the users on the videos obviously know what they are doing. It is honestly hard to learn, train and use.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Zipforms and Brokerwolf have trouble communicating to each system. The customer service department for zip forms doesn't know anything about brokerwolf and vice versa, which means if you have a question regarding why zip forms is not working in broker wolf you will never get an answer because they don't know. No benefits at the moment or ever.
