Advanced user of BreezeI find this software to be very easy to use. It allows me to not only keep good records of contributions but also have access to names, addresses, emails, etc. When we decided to go with online contributions during this difficult Covid-19 pandemic, it was easy to set up and it works really well. People can send in their gifts using Web giving or Texting. Their gifts are automatically posted and applying to the member and I do not have to post manually. I just run a report each week on the day I choose for it to be deposited to our bank.
I will also note that if I don't know how to use a tool provided (and they keep adding uses), there are two ways I can get the "how to". Sometimes I just go to "help" and it will take me to suggested learning site and I can watch a video. They are very easy to understand. Other times, my question is more complex and I send a request for help. They reply Immediately with suggested sites, then I get an email directly from their site asking if I was able to resolve my issue. If the answer is "no" then they will, within a day or so, send me a personal video exactly how to proceed.
I wish that the quarterly statement could be downloaded to a pdf file so if I wanted to make a specific change to the statement for a particular month I could easily do that and not have to change my current statement form.
Breeze allows me to keep a record of all members contributions and their pledges, plus addresses, phone numbers, etc. I can run labels of members easily, even send statement via email although the church has not chosen to do that because some of its members do not use the computer, etc. Some parts of this software are available for other purposes that the accounting demands do not require but some day I assume another employee will be using it to monitor attendance and activities, etc. that if offers.
