What do you like best?

I like BravaPOS and I like its products quite a bit. I admire the company's continuous innovation. I want to like the Retail app because niche solutions are important for merchants. It's perfectly serviceable, especially if the app's shortcomings don't bother you. But it's hard to love the new addition to BravaPOS's lineup because there's so much that's disappointing.

What do you dislike?

Unfortunately, to make room for these new features, BravaPOS removed many of the features found in its free app. And the new purchase order and inventory tools aren't up to snuff, according to merchants.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

BravaPOS offers a system that is easy to use, has dynamic features, and boasts all-around increased efficiency. While BravaPOS definitely performs as advertised — quickly and responsively — it's not completely without its flaws as there are still some complaints of bugs in the software. That being said, this point of sale's functionality and excellent (award-winning) support offers are huge draws that may outweigh any potential downsides for most small businesses
