What do you like best?

The best part of Brand24 is that It updates the information very quickly, and it doesn't miss any mentions online including foreign languages. Also, it's quite straightforward to use and reports are easy to create. It was such a time-saver, having all the talk going on in the internet about your brand and your competitors from a single, easy-to-use platform. It saved us hundreds of hours of work.

What do you dislike?

Negative keywords can be funky sometimes and still get the type of information that you don't need, but after talking with the support, they helped us to make it better.

When we evaluated solutions, we've tested multiple tools and went with brand24 because it was updating the fastest and it didn't miss any mentions. Regarding the functionality we were quite satisfied but you can always test out all the options and decide which one meets your needs the best.
