is a platform with independent access, by web browser without the need for complements, is difficult to communicate with customer service.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I was able to integrate my projects with Microsoft Outlook: documents and folders can be sent as a link, role-based access to folders, Send documents securely: links can be protected with a unique PIN code (sent by email or SMS), password and expired date.
