What do you like best?

BotPenguin helps me to target users who want information immediately.

I have filled FAQs of my product and service and most of the users respond positively and I got their Email, names to contact them about further process. This chatbot is answering FAQs and generating leads for me.

What do you dislike?

UI needs improvement especially while designing a customized chatbot.

If you can not navigate the body section of your website then switch to BotPenguin Plugin because there is a code you need to paste on the bed of the body section.
