What do you like best?

I like how it not only sends your emails back to you as reminders, but also puts your sent mail back into the inbox as a new, unread message - providing an extra way to ensure you read it/follow-up on it. Plus, Boomerang creates its own folders so all of your Boomerang emails are all in one place, you can track opens/views, customize reminder timing, schedule future email sends, etc.

What do you dislike?

The only thing I can think of is that it's not very aesthetically pleasing, but that might just be an issue with the email platform I'm currently using and not an actual Boomerang issue. As far as functionality, I haven't experienced any issues - all smooth sailing for me, so far.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I'm in sales, and it's super important to keep up with emails - and very easy to let some slip through the cracks if you aren't organized or don't have a decent monitoring system in place. Boomerang helps me keep track of where I'm at with my follow-ups, which helps me get extra touches on accounts and set essential meetings. The ability to schedule future sends, customize the timing of the reminders, track email views, and have all your Boomerang emails in one place helps to create an excellent email monitoring system.
