Advanced user of BoldLeads CRMNothing in its slightest; they are terrible.
We signed up in January, maxed out the available leads in our market, used their process, concierge, and funnels to start, and had ZERO contact from any of their "leads". After trying it their way for the first two months, we went ahead and disabled their funnels and concierge and started handling putting the leads through our process. Unfortunately, the same results occurred, just JUNK leads. We contacted them a month ago to see if we can change up our landing pages to see if we could see any better results, and was responded with a swift NO not possible response. We have two months left on our contract and were told that there would be an early termination fee if we wanted to cancel early only to be clarified; it's not a fee; you have to pay the remaining months upfront. This requirement fails to state that it is a prepayment of the entire contract in the agreement or their billing terms.
The main take away, they have a basic landing page to capture leads and spend a little money on Facebook to obtain the leads, not worth the money for the quality, $1355 per month vs homes.com at $600 and $750 for realtor.com for fewer leads but 1000% better quality that actually yields ROI.
They also made claims that they had a Zapier integration, an integration that never works and they don't support.
Spend the money yourself; all they do is place Facebook ads that lead to a junk landing page. For the amount of money you will spend with Bold Leads, you can contact Facebook sales directly to run your own ads that will most likely yield better results.
We were trying to obtain more leads for our real estate team; however, unfortunately, we have seen zero benefits in 4 months in one of the hottest markets in a decade.
