What do you like best?
It is useful for sending to emails who have not opted in. It allows one to send emails to any and all emails that have not opted in which is more functionality then other platforms.
What do you dislike?
The platform was hard to use, the templates were pretty bad, there was always issues with the way the email would appear. I also had a difficult time uploading images and genuinely customizing the emails. Also the staff wasn't great at helping with troubleshooting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to email those who have not opted in communication, which I believe is only legal in the United States, then Boingnet it useful. Other platforms will not allow this functionality so Boingnet has a leg up. That said, building emails is difficult and annoying for reasons such as not being to change font, or upload photos easily, or format where the photos will go. Even if you have HTML coding skills, it is complex and difficult to go into the back end and fix via html code.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
